Toy Purchasers

Toy Library

Do you know we are really seriously lucky to have amazing toy purchasers.
You would think it was a easy job, but it's hard, to get toys which are well made, suitable for a number of ages, not just going to be a phase, can fix in a stack-able box, don't have to many small pieces (which can be lost or broken) and so on. Catherine and Rachel are so experienced at it, they are our superstar purchasers (massive round of applause for these two!) and we are now lucky to have Jo coming on board too. Here is Jo at our committee meeting last night, with one of the latest purchases (just don't ask her - how this toy is going to be boxed up!). Then it's off to Alice to mark each piece, make up labels and then be entered into our computer system.
